Real estate development website
Ilioara Residence: a new building in Bucharest, twenty apartments, sold directly by the owners.
The building was not finished yet, so we drew it. A film you scroll with your finger, frame by frame on canvas, and a live price on every apartment.

Twenty apartments, one month, zero photos.
The brief was short. Twenty apartments in a new development, sold in a month, with traffic coming from ads. That means a page built to convert on a phone, not a brochure. One problem: while we were building the site, the building was still going up. No photos of it, no interior renders, nothing to put on the first screen.
- Sold in about a month
- Traffic from ads, mobile first
- Zero photos of the building
- Zero interior renders
We generated the building, frame by frame.
It is not a video file. Every frame is drawn on canvas, one at a time, and your scroll decides which one you see and where the camera looks.
The same technique Apple uses on its product pages. You own every frame, so you can stop the film anywhere you like: on the facade, on one floor, on the view from above.
- Frames we generated ourselves
- Drawn on canvas, not video
- Virtual camera tied to scroll
- Live price on every apartment

Real estate site, fast on a phone, and found on Google.
The film runs on a phone without dragging the speed score down. The neighborhood pages and the blog started bringing search traffic a month after they went live.
Can you build a real estate development website before the building is finished? Yes. Here the building was drawn frame by frame, and the film stood in for photos until handover.
- A film that costs nothing in speed
- Neighborhood pages and blog
- Live price per apartment
- Search traffic within a month
