Our GDPR commitment
I-RENT ENTERPRISES S.R.L. (i-vory Studio) processes personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The studio is registered in Romania, so Romanian Law 190/2018 applies too, together with Law 506/2004, the law that covers cookies. Below: what the site collects, the legal basis for it, and how to exercise your rights.
Processing principles
- Lawfulness and transparency: we process data only when we have a legal basis, and we name that basis plainly
- Purpose limitation: we use data only for the purposes we declare
- Minimisation: we collect only what the stated purpose needs, and analytics, advertising and session recording run only if you agree
- Accuracy: we keep data up to date
- Storage limitation: we delete data once it is no longer needed
- Integrity and confidentiality: we protect data with technical and organisational measures
What we process through the site
The site runs Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads through the Google Tag Manager container GTM-ND5ZF7NB, and Contentsquare, which records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Nothing loads until you press Accept in the cookie banner. The legal basis is consent, under Law 506/2004, art. 4 (5).
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Its cookies are strictly necessary, so they do not require consent. Their names and lifetimes are listed on the cookies page, where one click changes your choice at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Be told what data we collect
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Erase your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restrict how we process it
- Take your data with you in a structured format
- Object to processing
- Not be subject to a decision taken solely by automated means
- Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
