1. Who operates this site
This site is run by I-RENT ENTERPRISES S.R.L., a Romanian company registered with the Trade Register in Bucharest under company ID 51276958, trading as i-vory Studio.

2. What we do
i-vory Studio makes and manages social media content:
- Single-image posts and carousels for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Running social media accounts end to end
- Content strategy and posting schedule
- Consulting and analytics
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the site are in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT (21%) is added to the invoice. Payment is by bank transfer, against a proforma or tax invoice issued by I-RENT ENTERPRISES S.R.L., within 3 working days of the invoice date.
Monthly packages are paid in advance, at the start of each month.
4. Content delivery
Standard delivery is 48 to 72 hours once the project is confirmed. Complex projects take longer, and the client is given the deadline at confirmation.
Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Anything beyond that is billed separately.
5. Approving the content
Delivered content counts as approved if the client sends no feedback within 48 hours. Once published, content is edited or taken down on the client's written request.
6. Intellectual property
Content produced for a client belongs to that client once it is paid for in full. i-vory Studio keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio, unless the client asks for confidentiality in writing.
Stock photos, fonts and licensed graphic assets used in production stay under their original supplier's licence. The client is granted the right to use them for the agreed purpose.
7. Liability
i-vory Studio guarantees the professional quality of the work it delivers. We do not guarantee a specific number of followers, views or engagement. Those numbers depend on what we do not control: platform algorithms, the market, competitors.
i-vory Studio's liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. i-vory Studio is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or consequential damages.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failing to perform its obligations because of a force majeure event (natural disasters, pandemics, changes in the law, third-party platform outages). The affected party notifies the other within 5 working days.
9. Confidentiality
Anything a client tells us in confidence stays in confidence, under the Privacy Policy at i-vory.studio/privacy.
10. Non-solicitation
During the contract and for 12 months after it ends, the client agrees not to hire or contract directly with members of the i-vory Studio team who worked on their projects.
11. Termination
Either party can end a monthly package on 30 days' written notice, sent to [email protected]. Work delivered up to the termination date is invoiced in full.
i-vory Studio can end the contract immediately if an invoice goes more than 15 days past due, or if the team is treated abusively.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The details are in the GDPR Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably. If that fails, they go to the competent courts in Bucharest.
14. Changes
i-vory Studio can change these terms. The new version goes up on the site, showing the date of the last revision. Using the services after a change means accepting the new terms.
