Part of the Automation and agents engine. Same ship, other working mode.
We wire the tools where you keep stock and orders, so a move made in one place shows up everywhere. It runs on its own, at your hour, and writes in the log what it moved.

The starting price is for one process. The exact figure gets set at the brief, after we count the tools that need wiring and see how many orders pass through them on an ordinary day.
Our packages are social media packages. Syncing comes in next to them as an extra, and the packages page opens along with the prices; until then the figures come on WhatsApp. →| Step | What we do | What you give us | How long it takes | What the step produces |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brief | we ask three questions about tools, about orders and about rules | you show us the path you do by hand today | one working day | the rules written, with their limits |
| Access | we ask only for the accesses the process needs | you open them yourself, from your accounts | at the brief | the connection between tools, started |
| Build | we write the program and push it through the hard cases | you confirm what it does on its own and where it stops | at the brief | the process, tested on your data |
| Run | we start the process and keep an eye on it | you read the log and write us what you want changed | at the brief | the daily log and the alert to a human |
| Includes | Doesn't include | Extra, with price |
|---|---|---|
| One process, wired end to end | a second process, from another part of the company | 250 EUR per process |
| The tools you use today | your subscriptions to them | you pay for them directly, on your accounts |
| The daily log and the alert to a human | a written report on your figures | 133 EUR per report |
| The rules set at the brief | new rules, asked for after launch | at the brief, for your case |
| The process started and handed over | monthly supervision on our server | 83 EUR per month |
You pay for the build of the process once, from 250 EUR, VAT excluded. If we keep it on our server, supervision and repairs come monthly, from 83 EUR. On your machine, you pay only for the build.
The keys sit in a vault separate from the code, enter the process at runtime and never end up in a log. You open them yourself, from your accounts, and you close them yourself too, on the day you want.
The deviation shows up in the log, and the alert reaches a human the same instant. The process has written limits it cannot jump: on your money, on sending and on publishing, the final word stays with a human.
We write the deadline in the offer, after the brief, because it depends on how many tools we wire and how fast we get the accesses. We'd rather put it on paper then, than give you now a figure we don't stand behind.
Syncing keeps the numbers fresh between tools: stock, orders, prices. The CRM keeps the people: who asked, who bought, who waits for an answer. They sit side by side in the Automation engine's table.
They stay yours, logs included. If you want it moved to your machine, we move it and hand over everything that belongs to it. If something on the page isn't clear, you can write us anytime.
Message us on WhatsApp and tell us in which tools you keep stock and orders today. We look at the path you do by hand, tell you where to start and you get the offer for your case, with the deadline written in it.
