From the event to the final file takes days, not weeks. The exact lead time comes out at the brief, once we know how long the event runs, how many cameras go into the hall and how many cuts you want from it. We write it in the offer, before we start.
It starts from 117 EUR per project, VAT excluded, for one event and one edited clip. The hours of filming, the drone and the number of cuts push the figure up. The offer for your case comes in writing, with everything that goes into it.
It stays with us and we use it for the clips that follow, when you ask for another cut from the same day. The final files leave to you, vertical variants included, and we talk about the raw footage at the brief, before we film.
Event filming catches what happens only once, on that day, with the people who actually came. The cinematic brand film is written and staged, works with the light, and starts higher on price.
Nothing long term. You pay for the filmed event and the clip comes out yours, cutdowns included. If you move onto the month of video, the contract runs monthly and you can leave from one month to the next, and what we've delivered up to then stays with you.
