From 33 EUR per clip, VAT excluded, with filming on location, the edit and the subtitles. The exact price comes out at the brief, once we know how many rooms we film and whether the drone comes in.
You pay for the clip and that's it, per piece. The subscription runs monthly and you can leave from one month to the next, and the clips delivered up to then stay yours, cutdowns and final files included, which you upload wherever you want.
We write the lead time in the offer, at the brief, once we see how many homes we film and in what order they come. Between filming and the final file takes days, not weeks, and the cuts come together with the clip.
You unlock the door, turn on the lights and give us an hour in the home. The rest is on us: the shots, the sound, the order the rooms appear in and the text that goes on screen. You only confirm the figures in the listing.
The tour shows the rooms and pulls in the viewing; the drone shows the street, the yard and the whole development. On a house with land they go together, in the same clip, and the drone shots have their own page.
On Instagram and TikTok first, because that's where people see it for free, then in the listing and on your website. The cuts come for every channel, so you upload them as they are.
