Nothing is mandatory to us on a monthly basis. The domain renews once a year, at the registrar. Hosting and the certificate are included in the work for the websites we host ourselves. You take maintenance only if you want it, and you stop it when you want.
We fix the timeline at the brief, write it into the offer and keep it. A five-page website moves fast when the copy and photos already sit with you; when we write them and shoot them, it takes longer.
The website leaves us with technical SEO done and with the structured data the AI engines read, so ChatGPT can cite you too, not just Google. How fast Google indexes you is up to Google.
