Here is what a social media marketing agency actually does. No inflated language, no service list copied off a corporate website. You run a business, and you are trying to work out whether to hand social media to someone else. This page tells you what you get, what it costs, and when the move is worth making. All prices exclude VAT.
Short answer: everything people see when they look you up. Long answer: four separate jobs that overlap across a normal month.
Strategy. Someone decides what you post, when, and where. Not by feel, but from what your industry responds to and what already worked on your own account.
Production. Photos, carousels, videos, reels, stories. Everything on your account gets made by the agency team, and that includes the words under each post.
Scheduling and posting. Everything goes out on schedule, on every platform. No more posting by hand at ten at night because you just remembered.
Replying to comments and messages. Someone messages you on Instagram, the agency answers within the hour. You see only the ones that matter, and only when you have time for them.
Prices are all over the place, which is why nobody can tell what is fair. Here is how to read them. A freelancer posting a few times a month asks 100 to 200 EUR excluding VAT. An agency that runs the whole thing, strategy, production, posting and reporting, starts at 50 EUR a month excluding VAT and climbs past 2,000 EUR once you have real volume and several platforms live.
Bought piece by piece, the numbers are simpler. A post, around 8 EUR excluding VAT. A carousel, 13 to 25 EUR. A short video, 60 to 100 EUR. Those are normal 2026 rates where we work, in Bucharest, neither the cheap end nor the luxury end. Far under that and you are buying a template. Far over it and you are paying for the agency's own branding as well.
I get this question from founders all the time. In theory, yes, you can. In practice you need two or three free hours a day, an eye for design, copy that lands, a feel for what each platform rewards, and the patience to keep it up 365 days a year. Miss the consistency and everything else you did is wasted. The problem is not that you cannot learn it. The problem is that you already have a business to run, and social media is a second one. You get to be good at one of them. And an agency often costs less than the hours it would take you.
You post once a week and feel guilty about it.
Your accounts look the same as they did a year ago. The business does not.
New clients come from referrals and nowhere else, and referrals have a ceiling.
Your competitors post every day. You do not, and it is starting to show.
If two of those four sound familiar, it is time to talk to someone. No strings. A conversation that tells you where you stand costs nothing.
You message us on WhatsApp or send an email. We book a 30-minute call, free, no contract attached. By the end of it you know what you get, what it costs, when it starts and what the first month looks like. If we are not the right fit, we tell you. If someone else would serve your niche better, we send you to them. We produce every day, with AI carrying the heavy part, which is how the speed stays high and the price stays fair. The people stay where people count: strategy, and the relationship with you.
