An agent that gathers the company's documents, checks them one by one and prepares the report you expect from your accountant. It runs daily on our server, writes its own log and calls a human when it finds something out of place.

Nothing long term: you pay for the build once, the run flows monthly and you stop it when you want. The agent, its rules and the logs stay yours, and you close the accesses yourself, from your own accounts.
The build starts from 583 EUR, VAT excluded, with the written rules and the report included. The monthly run is paid separately, and you get the exact figure in writing in the offer, after the brief.
The documents stay in your accounts and folders; the agent reads them from there and writes next to them. The keys sit in a vault separate from the code, enter the agent at runtime and never end up in a log.
The mistake shows up in the log the same day and goes into the rules for correcting. The agent has limits it can't jump: on money, on sending and on filing, the final word stays with a human, not with it.
Everything that has to do with the signature and with liability. The agent hands them the documents gathered, named and checked against their rules, at the same hour every month, so the accountant works on a clean pile, not on one squeezed together on the last day.
Automatic invoicing works on the documents that leave from you. The accounting agent works on everything that comes in and prepares the report. Both sit side by side in the engine's table.
