You open the accesses yourself, on your accounts, and close them whenever you want. The keys sit in a vault separate from the code, enter the program at runtime and never end up in a log.
The automation works in the background and asks for a path written on paper. The chatbot talks to your customer and needs a website to sit on. Both sit in the engine's tables.
