We fix the deadline at the brief and keep it. It depends on how many people go in and how long you take to confirm the details. A single signature closes fast, a whole team has its own calendar. By email you also get the day we go into work.
The signature goes out in HTML plus a plain text variant, with the setup steps written plainly. What looks different from one mail app to another, we tell you at the brief, before drawing. The plain text variant covers the inboxes that cut images.
The signature dresses the email you write yourself, one by one. The newsletter goes to a whole list and has another structure: newsletter design. If you write to clients in a row, start with the signature.
Nothing long term. You pay for the job and that's it, and the files stay yours. If the company doesn't have logo and colors yet, we start from logo and identity, otherwise the signature has nothing to sit on.
